Lineage2: Need to Balance The Dagger Class

As a game are in rapid progress and new skills/lineage2 items are introduced balancing issues always occur. As is stands now the dagger class is overpowered. In olympiad a dagger (81+) is able to 1 shot every class in the game except tanks. The dagger has many overpowered abilities, i.e. shadow step, hide, insane damage output, and backstab. To balance the dagger class not all these overpowered abilities need to be nerfed. All that needs to be done is change all the dagger skills so they are no longer classified as critical hits.
 
The shadow step skill allows the dagger to break any skill their opponent has, and allows the dagger to hit before they can retarget.

The hide skill allows the dagger to run the timers on skills like frenzy, zealot, etc. or completely empty the timer on skills such as enlightenment(81), divine protection talisman, final secret(81), etc. Hide also allows the dagger to hit their opponent and start another skill before their opponent can even see them.
 
The damage output from dagger skills are too high. This is because all dagger skills when landed are classified as critical hits. The damage is increased by buffs/items such as baium, Ant Queen, death wisper, vicious stance, crit damage sa dagger, etc. as well as passive skills that can be enchanted for crit damage. This means dagger skills hit 3 or more times harder than they should. No other class in game receives this boost.
 
The backstab skill is able to bypass cp. This skill hits hard enough to kill most classes without bypassing cp. This skill is also broken and able to do full damage from the front.
